Overview
Tuvine is a hard hitting but defensively lopsided Tem. Tuvine's typing can hit most Tems for effective damage, and can handle non-Melee and non-Fire physical attacks very well. However Tuvine's incredibly low special bulk leaves it vulnerable to many special attackers, which can at times make it difficult for Tuvine to safely pivot or check the Tems it is super effective against.

Tuvine is suffering a bit of an identity crisis now that Chimurian as been introduced - Cyrstal Plume Gatling has seen its base power fall by 20 points, Humiliating Slap had its DEF reduction nerfed, Fiery Soul has seen its distribution flourish, Soul Shout and special attacking Melees are rampant - it's not the best economy for Tuvine post-0.9.4 with its poor special defense and lack of useful utility.
Not all is lost for our big green bird - being a Wind type, Tuvine can benefit from Turbo Choreography, Tag Team, and a pretty good defensive typing that helps it against the usual Earth tems that threaten Crystals. CPG and Feather Gatling are a powerful turn 1 STAB combination. Tornado is powerful priority, and Noxious Bomb is good coverage for Waters and Natures.
Anything that can lower the DEF of the opponent works pretty well with Tuvine, tems like Mushook and Skunch with Perfect Jab. Turbo users can also make good partners, tems like Owlhe and Kinu.
